Ben Samples is one of my favorite dubstep artists. He's a big figure in a relatively new genre some are calling lazer bass, and he's gaining a name for himself in the glitch hop community as well. Just listen to that song, and the name lazer bass should be fairly obvious.
That album can also be downloaded for free, but support is always welcome!
I think Lazer Bass is also the name of an instrument/synth bass in the latest version of Native Instrument's Reaktor. Haven't heard of this dude before, and like what I hear. Cheers for the heads up!
